The Coser House
Wellfleet, Massachusetts (Cape Cod)
The Coser House is a contemporary house on an isolated wooded site on gorgeous
Great Pond,
5 minutes' drive both to ocean beaches and to the town of Wellfleet. It
has a large
living-dining-kitchen area, a screen porch, a large deck overlooking the pond
and a smaller one overlooking the woods. There are three bedrooms
(one with a queen bed, one with a
double bed, and one with 3 twin beds; an additional single bed is
available if necessary)
and two
full baths. It includes all modern conveniences (washer, dryer,
dishwasher, satellite TV, VCR), as well as a ping pong table and a canoe.

The house rents Sunday-to-Sunday. The cost is $1800 per week before
June 25 and after Sept. 4, $2700/week in July, and $2800/week in August.
